HI,

This link will take you to all SF Homes in Wall under 300K (There were only 5)
http://mls.momls.com/MonmouthReports/listings.asp?ID=7218317062

If going a bit further south could be a consideration, there are some properties under 200K. The following link is only helpful if towns south of wall, or in Ocean County will meet your needs.

There weren't any condos in Wall, but other towns might provide that as an alternative.

Let us know if we can help further.

There is nothing in the Wall area for under $200.000, under $300,000 is possible.
There are homes In Ocean County that would fit your criteria.

From a buyer's perspective I must agree. I am closing on a house in Ocean County soon. I currently live in Monmouth county, near Wall Twp. It was impossible to find a suitable home for under $300K, much less $200K. If possible for you, look to Ocean County.

Impossible at that price because it doesn`t excist. Your best bet is to look in the southern part of Ocean County.
