From a buyer's perspective I must agree. I am closing on a house in Ocean County soon. I currently live in Monmouth county, near Wall Twp. It was impossible to find a suitable home for under $300K, much less $200K. If possible for you, look to Ocean County.

Impossible at that price because it doesn`t excist. Your best bet is to look in the southern part of Ocean County.

There weren't any condos in Wall, but other towns might provide that as an alternative.
