Landrum is a quaint small city in upstate SC, that is a great place to live. Nestled on the border with NC, it is unusual to get any rough weather due to the proximity of the mountains around us (which also provide us with great views). The real estate prices are reasonable, the property taxes are reasonable and Landrum and the surrounding areas (Campobello, Inman, Boiling Springs in SC and Tryon and Columbus in NC, the areas that I cover extensively) are great places to live.
