Check the CC&R's for the neighborhood you want to place it on. Are you planning to get a long term lease. Modular's are very expensive and permanently installed as compared to a Manufactured Home which is designed to be moved albeit seldom ever are. Is it in a Factory Built Housing Community?

We've been in the manufacture home industry for 25 years. We're manufactured home dealer and manufactured home contractor. We're also a real estate broker and general contractor. We'd be happy to answer any questions you may have at not cost. You're a little far away for us to get personally involved with but we'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
