Can you back out of a deal as the buyer if you agreed to purchase based on the seller's advertisment on their?

website and the advertisement is false? I had a house built in what was suppose to be a Gated Access Community. However, it isn't gated accessed. The developers state though they plan on building the barrier around the premeter. Had I known this, I would have went for a cheaper house in a different community.

Please obtain legal council from a recommended real estate attorney in your area. Good Luck.

There are many good and valid reasons to be excused from a contract.
Misrepresentation of facts may certainly be one of them.
Contracts have many clauses, conditions and caveats;

There may be a disclaimer as to what
the actual amenities will ultimately be.

An example is in the photos that a developer presents
in their marketing material- "Artists Rendering"

Sorry Pritchtl, I will have to agree with Bill, you should really present the contract to a lawyer to review and let you know where your legal out is. Good Luck
