Yes, you can use a VA Loan on a property that you intend to reside in, but usually foreclosed properties do not pass the VA appraisal inspections due to the damage or defects caused by disgruntled previous owners.

Yes, you can use a VA loan on a foreclosed property as long as the property passes the VA appraisal. Let me know if you are interested in this property or any others. Also, please let me know if you are currently in a buyer agency agreement.

Thank you!

You can use a VA mortgage on foreclosure property. However, you can't use a VA mortgage for investment property. You have to live in the property.

Yes! for closures and traditional sales are handled the same. You need a good lending agent and , in this market, a good real estate agent. Please call me so we can discuss what you are looking for in a home and discuss financing

It's not a foreclosure, it is owned by the bank and is bank owned so you buy it just like any other propert from the owner. It this case it is owned by a bank and you go out and get a loan just like you would if you bought it from Mr Jones.
