You really need to contact the town hall and see what th zoning is for this area. Some modular homes are considered homes and not mobile where other are more mobile than standard. You should contact the listing agent direct for more information on any covenants or restrictions in the neighbrohood or with the lot.

Hi Jerry,

Per the information provided in the property description, this is a "homes only " area. Based on that this would not be an area that would allow modular or mobile homes.
