Can someone tell me about Canterbury Ryland homes prices compare to the market prices ?

I'd go really slow paying high 300-low 400 in that area. It's not so much the house, it's the schools; test score wise they are not the best in the NE Cobb area. Additionally the area in general is older and the predominant value under where you will be.

I think you can do better than this and your focus has to be support from the market area - this market area doesn't have the same juice as others. I say this from fifteen years of appraising as well as being a local Marietta associate broker - the data doesn't lie.
