able to have a decent sized yard (much of what we saw in Winghaven had TINY yards), and a bonus would be a subdivision pool.
Thanks for replying Molly. It is nice to know we are still being heard. I have had many clients come off of Trulia, so I know that you are real people out there, with real questions and hopes for the future. If I can be of help to you, don't hesitate to contact me or check out testimonials from past clients on my web site. The perfect house is waiting for you.
Thank you for your response. We rarely get one so it is much appreciated that YOU took the time to say thank you.
From The Coop Team we wish you happy hunting and best wishes.

Hurray! You are alive!!!!! Just Kidding! Thanks, For the response!
I appreciate all of your responses. See, Pete - it's not falling on deaf ears. I posted the question because I really am looking for some direction as we look for a home, and I do appreciate those of you that took the time out to answer.
Molly,
There are some very nice subdivisions with decent sized yards and subdivision pools in St. Charles County. The best way to go about finding them would be to contact a real estate professional that specializes in working with buyers to qualify your needs in a home from school districts to what size or style of a home you are looking for. The process of buying a home should be a very fun process and when you choose an experienced buyers agent you will know you are in good hands and that they will make buying a home easy on you and find you exactly what you are looking for!
If you would like a custom home search set up feel free to email me or contact me and we can set up a custom search for the home you are looking for together based on your needs.
Pete,
I hear what you are saying, but I often don't think it's the person who put the first question up - after all they can set it up so the replies are sent directly to their email in box - it's all of us who are answering. But yes, there are many times when it seems like a very one sided conversation, then there are a few who come back on line and give more info and it becomes a "two" sided conversation - except then every Realtor who responded has to respond again and the poor person who put in the first question must end up wishing that they never had.
It's the sanctity of the nternet - the question asker can be as invisible as they want to be. They never have to contact any of us for real, and when they do, they never have to elude to having found us on this website or that one. THey can get their questions answered and never buy or sell, get their question answered and buy or sell on their own, or get their question answered and go back to the Realtor that they are already working with or the next one they meet at an open house and be a better educated consumer because of us.
What gets me is that you have these people asking all these questions and you wonder if they are even reading the responses. Let's do a test shall we? Hey Molly, if you read this please respond on here so we know we are not crazy!!!
Pete, what I love is when someone asks a question that needs a timely response and 6 months later someone resurrects it and starts answering it all over again! You really have to wonder sometimes about the people reading the questions and answering them - did they even bother to look at the date of the question when they did that or the 20 plus answers that the person had gotten 6 months earlier.
I wonder if all of this falls on deaf ears!
St. Charles County does offer many nice subdivisions with pools. I live and work here and love the area. I would be happy to help you find a home here. You can begin your search on my web site or email me the criteria that you are looking for in a home and the price range you are interested in and I will be happy to send you some homes and set up appointments to view them.
The twin Chimney's subdivision in O'Fallon has larger lots with mature trees. It has the subdivision pool and club house plus a couple of lakes. The elementary school is within walking distance.
Hickory Ridge in St Peters also has nice sized yards witha neighborhood pool and lake. It has great access to Interstate 370
The Vineyards in St Charles also has the neighborhood amenities.
What price range did you want to stay in? Do you have a preference of school districts?
Great choice for a County to move. We are not allowed to steer you toward one subdivision over another.
If you log onto a website with demographics and school stats. it helps also I always tell my client to drive the neighborhood after work hours and you can get a really good feel for it.
You would be surprised how talkative fellow neighbors can be also.
So my recommendation would be find the needs you have in the home first and then talk to some neighbors and you most likely have a winner.
Hope that helped. My website by the way has all the stats to the left when you look at a home if you want to try it.
Sincerely
Cheryl Cooper
I agree that caulk's hill area is nice. My past clients seem to really like the areas around the page ave ext and around K and 40 (Monticello - which has multiple subdivision pools) and 94 and 40, but there are fantastic areas throughout St Charles county so it all depends on where you want to be and the price point and the type of home that you are looking for. There are very few sections of St Charles county where you cannot find a very nice home with a lovely yard and many have subdivision pools or municipal pools nearby
There are some wonderful subdivisions in St Charles county! Most have bigger yards than Winghaven has (and less of a subdivision fee as well). What area are you looking in (school distict, closeness to work, etc), price range and type of home, so I can direct you to the right subdivision?
I sell a lot in the St Charles area and there are all price points, all styles of homes, many many variables, so let me know what you are looking for so I don't overwhelm you with information on subdivisions that are in the wrong area, wrong price point, wrong size of home, etc.
Check out my website. you can search homes on the MLS with your criteria. Let me know if you need any help. Thanks, Pete.
Didn’t find what you were looking for? Ask a question!
