I lived outside DC in Arlington, Falls Church and Manassas for 8 years. Do you have to be in DC or is Northern VA ok? If so I have some areas to suggest. I am now working in Redmond, WA as Realtor - If you need a great Realtor in DC or VA, I have lots of great contacts there and refer you to a competent agent.
