Hi,

Just use this link any time and you can see what is available as far as 2 bedroom condos at the Rincon:

http://www.mlsfinder.com/ca_sfar/oggikashi?action=newsearchs…

Remember, just because a property is not listed within your price range, it doesn't mean you can't make an offer that suits you.

Dear Returninvest,

Oggi has the best answer so far with his link..... but any of us can set you up to receive a copy of EVERY new listing at One Rincon or anywhere else as soon as it hits the MLS (or sooner if it is a pocket listing.) This way you will know as soon as we do!

Also many of us have ways you can look and set up your own guidelines...... Email or call me or another realtor and get set up!

Cheers,

Sally

There are 2 bedrooms at 1 Rincon. Check my experience on my website and call or email if you need help. I can advise you on rental values too.

#806 is asking $899,000 - colleagues of mine are listing it and I can arrange and appointment to see it anytime.
#1802 is asking $1,099,000 but there's a lot of price pressure in the building (only 3 have sold in the past 6 months per the MLS, 1 is in contract and 13 are for-sale albeit at some very high prices so they're not moving - but that's a 2 year supply if only 3 sell every 6 months so you've got negotiation leverage).

For keeping on top of future listings try either http://www.Automated-HomeFinder.com where you enter your search and you get automatic emails whenever a new matching listing hits the market. Or http://www.SF-MLS-Search.com which lets you do live searches of the MLS and if you sign up (for free) and save your search or save a "favorite" it too will email you updates and/or new matching listings.

Let me know if you're interested in seeing any of the 13 currently available 2+ bedroom condos.

Sincerely,
Rob Regan
