Can someone help me with the Mello Roos taxes in Beaumont?
I have been looking to buy and some places in Beaumont have very high mello roos on top of normal property tax. How can I find what they are for the different communities in Beaumont?

Sorry I think you got Beaumont TEXAS and meant to get Beaumont CALIFORNIA.
