part of Marlboro. Between the two towns which one is better for real estate values, school, commute to NYC, taxes, city administration, lifestyle etc. Thanks.

Morganville is the northern sectin of Marlboro twp, It is called Morganville for Postoffices purposes and has its own Zip code, It does not have its own twp or school system it part of Marlboro. Very easy access to commute, it falls between Route 9 and Route 79 and thus is very convinient for the Matawan Train Commute as well as the Buses to NY. Feel free to call me or email me if you have any further questions.

I am a real estate agent in Manalapan. Overall Marlboro is well known for its schools, diverse styles of homes & easy proximity to commuter highways.Morganville is a section of the same town Marlboro & borders Holmdel & Aberdeen. It is all the same school district, Morganville is a closer commute to the train in Matawan if you commute to the city. Morganville was once mostly farmland but over the years became a window of opportunity for builders of luxury homes & estates there so depending on what your price range is there are great homes & condos available throughout all sections of Marlboro.

Morganville is deffinately a section of marlboro and falls under marlboro twp. The distinction is for post office purposes. Morganville is on the northern section of marlboro. It has the same school system and taxes go to Marlboro Twp.

Morganville is in fact a section within Marlboro, NJ and they share schools, tax rates and city administration. Morganville has a seperate zip code and post office. As far as real estate values, they are both considered desireable and hold their values equivalent. The commute to NYC would also be pretty equivalent.

Here is a little history I took from Wikipedia:
Up through World War II Marlboro was rural and composed mostly of dairy, potato, tomato and other farms laced with small hamlets with modest inns or taverns; these included Morganville, Robertsville, Wickatunk, Bradevelt, Topanemus, and Pleasant Valley, with the center being Marlboro Village. The name Morganville still exists as a section of Marlboro with its own ZIP code, as does Wickatunk to a lesser extent; Robertsville, Topanemus and Pleasant Valley are names of significant roads within the township; Bradevelt is used less frequently, but, like the others, appears from time to time on maps and road signs.
