The Listing shouldn't have deleted while you were in Escrow; maybe someone WITHDREW it when they meant to change it to PENDING.
A Listing is a good sourse for Clients, and they may want to keep it as long as possible.

Can you clarify your question a little? It's impossible to give a correct answer without more info.
Are you saying they are still showing the house to potential buyers as if it is still available to purchase?
Or, as the other agents have referenced here, is it just showing as Active online?
There is a huge difference between the two.

I guess the big question really goes to if all is ready to close. As Mr. Cabe has said, you need to see the contingencies resolved.
