Can realtor lie about offers made and how much they were made for?

They can. However, a Realtor is bound by our Code of Ethics to provide a "true picture" and lying is not a true picture and is unethical.

Absolutely! Realtors are human as well! BUT - if you are an ETHICAL Realtor you do not lie with the intentions to mislead another agent or potential buyer.
Realtors are bound by Code of Ethics - which we would hope that a Professional would abide by.
