Sorry about that, I mis-read the question, the original list date was 10/1/07 at $839,000 as per the MLS, it was reduced to $815,000 on 2/5/08, conditional contract on 3/10/08, pending on 3/25/08, and sold 4/11/08.

I mean, our ex-realtor. Apparently she didn't understand the concept of being fired as well as I would've thought.

Hey Chris, we have a listing sheet from our realtor but it doesn't show the original price or original list date. We title passed and pending dates though.
