by now, Hollywood should have passed the new city budget, which will determine the millage rate. If you look on the tax roll, for that particular property, you have to gage the new assessed value and you can calculate, or it might already be done for you. Also, you can call the appraiser's office, and he'll help you out. Do you have a realtor? he/she should be able to help you do all of this.
Also, these days, there are lots of investors out there purchasing w cash. You should have your realtor feel out the other realtor for info re competitive bids.
