Can my wife purchase an investment home from me I purchased before we were married (to reduce the high interest)?
The home is in Florida and my wife is actualy working there right now, I live in California.

WOW, and your question showed up at Michigan. Diferrent states, different laws, better check with some one in Florida. In Minnesota, Husband is owner of property owned by wife before married.
FIRST ANSWER
It sounds to me like maybe it would be refinanced in your wife's name ... not sure why you would want to sell it given what you said above?
