Visit my website at http://www.cooperwford.com and click on the tab on the upper right for "Central Jersey Market Watch". There, you'll see weekly updates by town of new foreclosures and short sales to the market.

By working with a Realtor, you should have access to all foreclosure and short sale listings. You can get updates daily about new homes that are entering the market as foreclosures or short sales.
