You should be able to qualify for an FHA guaranteed loan with a 3% or 3.5% down payment

You can apply online through Priscilla Taylor's (Wells Fargo agent) website. The link is https://www.wfhm.com/wfhm/priscilla-taylor/index.page It might be difficult to obtain financing due to the short work history unless you are a govt employee or have a special circumstance. Only 1 year total work history? You never worked before last year?

Hi John,
FHA has some strong programs for buyers in this market. Many programs are also offering down payment and closing cost assistance. Your credit score should easily get you into such a program. Email me if you want the contact info for a few good lenders. Brenda
