I know exactly which condos that you have in mind. If I am not mistaken I believe the ones you are referring to are on Racine. These places are available at a steal. These listings are requesting cash only due to the circumstances of the building and association. Lenders will not lend money on properties with a lis pendens, in receivorship, or lacking an association. Unfortunately this complex falls in all of the above.
