Can anyone tell me the name of the Builder of the Condos at?

"The Villas" 10001 Woodcreek Oaks, Roseville, I would like any information regarding these units they were built in 2005. Trying to decide between buying condo at "The Reserve' 501 Gibson Dr, Roseville or "The Villas". Appreciate any information. Thanks.

The Villas are older than that. They were built around the turn of the century. 2001..
The 2005 date refers to the condo conversion year. By that time the Villas were already 5 years old.
The Villas are in the Blue Oaks neighborhood Association,

Immediately behind the Villas is a subdivision called "Monet" built by Standard Pacific Homes

Information about the development site next door can be obtained from Stephen des Jardins at Diamond Creek Partners, their office is next to the La Provence Restauraunt behind the Villas.

Students from the Villas currently attend Diamond Creek Elementary, Cooley Jr. High, and Roseville High. - You should check with the school district to confirm attendance, as attendance boundaries are subject to change without notice.

FIRST ANSWER
Brenson is the builder of both. The Villias is more like an apartment complex The Reserves is more like condo life is expected. I actaully have a listing at The Reserves, If you're not working with an agent I'd be happy to help you. Let me know if you need any more information or would like to see one of the units.
