Gee, isn't that a shame?! I was out there last week showing a property to some buyers (a very nice 3/2/2) and I drove them by the old clubhouse. What a waste. I do not have an update as there has been little action. I did just close on one of the villas in the community. My buyers love the villa and the neighborhood. Currently there are great purchases available, and really, the prices have held up in the entire community. Good luck and if I can be of service I encourage you to contact me directly.
