Can anyone tell me more about this building?

Can anyone tell me more about this building: 124 W Polk St. in Printer's Row. I'm interested in the history as well as thoughts on the building; good association, units etc.. Is there somewhere I can get floor plans?

Situated at 124 W. Polk in the popular South Loop neighborhood, this historic Chicago condo building was built in 1910 and has 64 separate units that provide quality construction, spacious layouts and all the modern amenities you need to live in comfort. The various floorplans cater to single residents and families alike with as few as 1 bedrooms, or as many as 3+ separate sleeping spaces to house the whole crew-including Fido and Fluffy, since the building has a “pets allowed” policy.

Only 2 units available. Seems like a stable building. Let me know if you want to see units available.

Hi Kevin -- Email me and we can get you the sales history, floorplans and more.

I have helped many buyers and renters in the neighborhood, but (honestly) not specifically in this building. With only 63 units, sales are a little less frequent than some of the surrounding larger buildings (i.e. 611 Wells, 701 Wells, 800 Wells). I'm happy to do a full analysis so I can become as much an expert on this building as I am for others in the area.

Best,

Michael

If you saw teh listing here on trulia, go back to it, click on teh profile for the listing agent and email them direct. Otherwise hiring a buyer broker is best for someone to represent you and guide you through the buying process
