Hi Natalie,

Rey covered a lot of the basics for 555 Kappock Street, there are a few other things that are of importance as well. the parking is a waitlist, but the waiting period is so long as to be almost comical. Anecdotally speaking, apartments have been staying on the market longer than in other buildings(especially on lower floors) and have lost a little more value than in other buildings (again especially on lower floors). This said it is a much sought after building and is truly full service. The outdoor pool is wonderful and there is easy access to transportation of all sorts. There is shopping & Dining across the street and there is a children's park attached to the building. My office is right accross the street from the building so I am very well acquainted with all aspects of it. This co-operative complex is called River Point Towers. There is a 25% down payment requirement. No dogs allowed. 24 hour doorman. Maintenance is a little higher than most because its includes, heat, hot water, electric, Ac and gas. Buses nearby. Overall a good buy.

If you would like aa complete listing of available coops in this complex..AskRey.
