Can anyone tell me anything about the City View area of Wichita Falls? Is that inside the city limits? What?
about crime? How are the schools? Would you want to live there if that was the price range you needed to buy in? Why or why not?

Some areas of City View are very nice....some are questionable. All in all, it is a nice area, and yes if that was in my price range I would live there. It seems the East part is a little nicer, in and around Covington & Wrangler. Crime seems a little worse around Harris area. Hope that helps. Iowa Park is a near by community, 6 miles west and is great. Schools are awesome!!! Lots of community support.

Yes, City View is in Wichita Falls. It does have its own schools in that subdivision.
