Wells Fargo is a reputable lender and they have experience with VA loans. To expediate the process it is helpful if the buyer is proactive because there is alot of paperwork the buyer will have to submit and follow up on. It also helps to have an experienced real estate agent working for you because sellers seem to worry about accepting these types of offers due to the lack of a downpayment. Fact is though, they are just as secure, if not more secure then conventional loans if everything is done right.

Agosto,

I would recommend that you call a mortgage broker. They have the ability to shop a number of banks and government agencies to find you the best deal.
