You can also go to http://www.PrivateDenverHomeSearch.com to get instructions on how to get the most of your search efforts. To localize things more you can use the search Area option, instead of city, and then use the MLS codes for the two in that general vacinity; DEP and SSE. If I see that you've used the system, I'll email you the entire list of MLS codes for metro Denver/Aurora. Good Luck.

Saddlerock is an older development close by, seems to be well maintained.
Murphy Creek, Conservatory; there are several less expensive options close by.
