Can anyone provide feedback on Auction.com? Is it a reliable source for purchasing foreclosed homes?

As Greg said, foreclosure homes are just about all listed in the MLS. They are in there with the other homes. They may or may not be a great deal as well but most sell very quickly in this market, foreclosure or not if they are priced right.

The site is legitimate. Expect sales prices to be far, far higher than the starting bid price and have a reserve price. Most properties are already listed in the MLS system.

The vast majority of all foreclosed homes are sold through realtors and listed on the mls. Much of the info on foreclosure sites is outdated. Honestly, a realtor who handles investors may be your best source.
