Can anyone in Ann Arbor real estate comment on the two smaller homes for sale on Virginia (115 and 202)?

I have been searching online and they seem (somewhat)reasonabley priced but I have never been on that block. I will visit the area soon but wanted to see if anyone has seen them first-hand or has comments on similarly-priced houses within 1-1.5 miles from Ann Arbor center. Thanks.

I've just joined this site - you are the second post I've done Erik :)
I will say that I've been in RE for 30 years, so with that in mind, have aput site search on my website that is direct to our Ann Arbor Board of Realtors. If a listing sells or has a status change it shows instantly on the search for you....no stale data. AnnArborRealEstate. com is the site I'm speaking of and redoing also.
Oh and often I share, with my clients, any available sale history I can find (permits, former price etc.)
Hope this helped a bit!

Erik, If you are using Realtor.com to search for homes, I suggest either working with a local buyers agent or at the very minimum, looking on the local Multiple Listing Service. http://search.listagent.aaar.mlxchange.com/ or http://moveinmichigan.com some homes will be duplicated.

It would be fun to check out the house situation at 202 for you if you would like. As for being a Buyers Agent, I would welcome the opprotunity and begin tracking down 202 for you. I am born and raised in Ann Arbor so I think I know this town... . If you do not already have an agency realationship with another REALTOR I would like to speak with you. I would ask that you consider seeing the listing on line of 1643 Franklin?
I wish you smooth sailings.

I'm not a realtor, but I lived in that area (closer to virginia park). It was a great area, lots of great places to walk to. The only thing I can think of that might be detrimental is that Jackson ave is a pretty busy road, but 115 would have been much closer than 202. I would check it out.
Know any great places in Connecticut????

115 is under contract currently, signed on April 29th. The listing on 202 Virginia was withdrawn on the first of May. It can be frustrating looking for houses through Realtor.com etc since they are often out-of-date. If you have a buyer's agent, they can set up a search for you directly through the MLS that is more current. Hope that helps!
