Can anyone help me find a 4 bedroom home under $300k in Tucson, AZ?

It NEEDS to have an attached or detached second living quarters. Schools are also very important to me, so the house would have to be located within the zone of a GREAT public school. Thank you!!

Thre are many, many 4 bedrooms homes under $300,000 in Tucson and surrounding areas.
To help you select one, please let me know what part of tomwn or area of town do you want to live? Do you want A/C? Do you want a garage or will carport do? Do you want to be close to some point? Do you have preferred school district? Are you pre-approvesd for a loan? Are you working with a lender? If you would answer some of these questions - i will find you a home that you will be happy with.
I am a Broker working mostly with BUYERS. Please look at my website - there are many of them

Glad you asked. I am an agent who lives and works in Marana AZ just northwest of Tucson. We have lovely communities that are designed with families in mind. Continental Ranch and Gladden Farms are just a few. Marana is a fast growing updated area with easy access to I-10 and minutes from downtown Tucson. Please feel free to contact me for more information and check out my website where you will have access to school and community information. Call me soon so we can get started in the search for your new home.

There are lots of homes available under $300,000 with 4 bedrooms, or 3 bedrooms and a den that can often be easily converted to a forth bedroom. Go tohttp:// www.SunnyTucson.com to search our entire data base. Let me know if I can help.

HI Melissa,

Excellent informaiton from Michael, however in searching what is available, there is one good possibility for you that I found with detached guest quarters in the Northwest. I did find 23 others, many are either smaller or older depending on your preferences. I would be happy to forward the search on to you for you to look over.

VIkas is right in that Civano is in the Vail School District and has good ratings. Are you looking for a neighborhood or for a little more room around your home? There are some homes that are older spottted around town in your price range. Do you need 4 bedrooms and guest quarters or does the four bedroom include the guest quarters? Does the guest quarters need to have a kitchen?Feel free to email us if you would like us to search for homes that fit your requirements. I have shown quite a few homes in and around Tucson recently that have guest quarters.

FIRST ANSWER
I think that might be possible, probably Civano, which has both attached and detached living quarters. The other possibility is central Tucson which has a lot of homes with seperate guest houses. However, the schools in the SE (Vail) where Civano is located are some of the best rated (if not the best rated) in Southern Arizona, better than in town. AND, it'll probably be much more difficult to find something in good condition in central Tucson in the price range. Civano is actually a nationally rated development because of their green and low impact construction (they all have solar water heaters and offer other options as well) and a master plan that encourages community interaction. I think it might be a good place to start and they have both resale and new homes there. Let me know if you'd like more info on it,
