Can anyone give me information about the SHIP program for first-time home buyers in Port Saint Lucie? Also
I'm a single mother of two young boys looking to purchase a townhome, I have less than $1000 saved, not sure of credit score(maybe under 700, have no debt, only 1 credit card paid up to date, student loans and car paid off two years ago, Is it possible for me to qualify for 100% financing?

I would contact the PSL office that handles the SHIP program. PSL has numerous SHIP programs depending on the area of PSL, and other criteria.
