Barnum is a very affordable neighborhood! It a great place to pick up Detached Home under $100,000. Barnum West has seen the least year over year depreciation out of zip code 80219. About 3 out of every 4 homes sold in Barnum in the last 12 months was a foreclosure or short sale. Geographical, 6th Ave makes for a quick trip Downtown or anywhere in the city.
