Can anyone give me homebuying info on properties in Union City, GA. What type of area is it? Is it?
established? Is it far from Atlanta?

Union City is located in what is called the South Fulton area. It is close to the interstate, airport, shopping, and so forth. As with any suburb of a major metro area it has good and bad areas. There is a lot of new developments going on in the general area ( Union City, Palmetto, Fairburn). It is also close to recreation facilities and lots fo golf courses. It is also served by a rapid transit system.
