Lane county website is totally FREE, as is many county websites available. Only paid for one is the one the title companies use to research deeds and other things. Check naco.org look for the state and county you want and then check assessors records. You can check other parts of the site for zoning information or anything that is of PUBLIC record.

... here you go ...

Use the Lane County Website and the 'search by address' feature.

It will link you to the tax accout for that address.

Property taxes in Lane county vary by location - there is not one central aggregate to get the tax amount. Also, the Lane county website (RLID) is a pay-site (go figure). If you have a specific address in mind - or are just trying to figure out the taxes in a certain area - feel free to contact us. We can give you that information! You can also try looking for the tax amount on the MLS listing where ever you happen to e-shopping.

Thanks to measure 5, in 1995, property tax value can only increase 3% per year, and is not based on the most recent sale of that home. Lane county actually provides a "real market value" and an "assessed value" in their taxation records.
