Christine, unlike the others that have responded, I would like to know what is most important to you in a property manager first. Answering that question without asking you several open ended questions first is like recommending the best care without knowing if you needed a work truck, pickup truck, soccer mom SUV, or a smart car or maybe a hybrid.
Tim's post is closest in that he also recognizes the need for specialization and understanding of your needs first!
My company offers property management services in addition to Real Estate services so if you want one stop shopping you might keep me in mind. If you are working with another Realtor, they might not like me being a competitor involved in the transactions, so that may not sit well with them. There are always pro's and con's so I try to be candid and bring up all options so you can make an informed decision.
Best of luck from a fellow landlord!

Christine,
I actually answered your question in the Ada community section, but I'm going to let you know again that I have a great person who does property management. Very good, very honest, very reliable. Let me know if you'd like his information.
thanks
Christine,
There are many good property management companies in Boise. I will recommend some I have personally dealt with and suggest that you call them and find out what their knowledge is about the area where the house is that you want managed.
Try, in no particular order:
J.J. Winters or Julie Suittor at Apex Property Management Solutions 208-343-3260
Jason Woodward, Boise Property Management, LLC 208-377-2525
Justina Cardoza, Law Property Management, 208-378-1415
Let me know how it works out for you.
