Hi Rt. the best way to arrive at a reasonable offer price is by doing a thoughtful Pricing Analysis that draws on comparable sales to establish a trend and then applies that to current inventory - the result is a range to consider. Your agent is your best resource here. If you are not working with an agent, reach out to me and I'd be happy to help.

Hello again Rt. The last closing in Highview Manor for a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome with fully finished basement was 275,000 in February 2008. I believe the offer you make depends on the asking price of the home, the condition of the home, how many days it has been on the market, what upgrades are in the home, etc. If you would like to call me and tell me more specifics about the unit, I can help guide you with an offer price. If you are working with a realtor, contact your realtor and ask him/her their opinion and to look up the comps with you. If you are not working with a realtor, feel free to contact me and I will help you through it. Best of luck!
