Can I transfer the credit to another home if I have to move?
Assume I buy a home now and then find out that I have to move to another state in a year. Can I somehow keep the credit if I purchase a home there before I sell the old one here? I have never owned a home and really would like to buy one, but my job may require me to move, so does that basically disqualify me for the credit?
