Your best source foreclosed properties contact a realtor request placed on an automatic email alert when a foreclosure posted in MLS. You will receive immediately upon listing. Accurate info. for any foreclosure postings, FREE, you can specify exactly what you are looking for regarding a potential purchase.

You can go to most of the major mortgage companies wen sites and they will have links to their bank owned property. most properties though once foreclosed, are assigned to asset managers that do not work within the bank, they are outside companies. Your best bet is always to get a buyer broker who can check the mls for bank owned houses that meet your criteria and can update you daily of new listings. good luck with your search.

Gloria,
I am not sure about Michigan, but I get a list from one of my local title companies with up and comming foreclosures. I am sure that there is an agent who can get you this list. It is ussually released on a monthly basis. Happy hunting. Ohh yeah just an FYI Foreclosure.com is ussually not real time. I know that in Texas and New Mexico Southwest Alliance post the foreclosures and HUD's on theyre site. Good luck!
