You may receive a total Gift from a family member for the purchase of the home you wish to live in. The amount or percentage of the purchase price of the Gift will determine which loan programs you would qualify for. Please note that many Lenders have different criteria regarding Assets, even if general program guidelines allow for the Gift. (We call these "overlays" in the parlance)
The ability to receive a total Gift will also depend on the strength of the rest of your loan application. The fundamentals of a good, approvable loan can be found in your IAC or Income, Assets, and Credit. If you are "weak" in one area, you may be able to obtain an approval because of your strengths in the other areas. Having no bank account to demonstrate your own savings ability is a definite weakness.
