Hi Toof,
There are a few niche products left for no income verification however they will require you to put 40% down and they only lend in certain counties in FL. FHA you will have to provide full income but you can have a non occupied co borrower to help your income situation.

No longer is this a remote option under the revised lending guidelines. Full verification of income is required.

A co-signer may work assuming the credit scoring is acceptance and your co-borrower's income and credit would qualify on their own. If you would like a detailed lender opinion, let me know and I can recommend some good lenders.

Usually, the only way to buy a home without proof of income is with cash. That would require Proof of Funds only. I would suggest contacting a mortgage broker who could pull your credit and give you current guidelines.
