Can I buy a home with a credit score of 600 and my husband on unemployment? Will anyone rent to us?

FIRST ANSWER
If you mid score is 600 more than likely no , resolve your debt issue, if your husband is unemployed you may not require is lack of income purchase a home in future.
Rental if you can cover monthly lease amount it would not matter if your husband is professional status is. If your credit scores are low , and pet it might require additional deposits prior to move in.
