I got the listing from homes.com and I do not want to buy the thru web company.
How cand I buy Lis home?

Some properties are currently in a pre-foreclosure stage. This probably means that the owner has missed a mortgage payment. This is only the beginning stage of a long process. Owners may negotiate with their bank holding their mortgage and the bank will then list the property as a short sale to the general public through a real estate agent and the MLS. Once the foreclosure process is completed, the property then becomes bank-owned and remains on the MLS for sale.

Actually, it has been easier to negotiate a bank-owned property versus a short sale because dealing with the bank directly involves fewer layers or approval and/or negotiation.

Good morning!

I am a local agent in Florida and would love to help you with purchasing a home. I'm not sure if you're referring to a short sale, however I would be happy to tell you about several short sale or bank owned homes that are available, depending upon where you're looking within Florida.

We are a family business and have experience with the complication of purchasing such a home. Please visit my personal website and set up a property notifier based on all of your criteria: http://jolielindholm1.point2agent.com. Send me an email so I can help:jolie@redreefrealty.com.

I believe you may have a lis pendis and a pre-foreclosure confused. A pre-foreclosure (which could also be a short sale) often do not have a lis pendis filed against them. A good local Realtor can advise you...the site below may also help with FAQs.
