Just checking in again. Have now purchased another home and do have the previously mentioned property available for 12 month lease. Dog is fine. Also, I pay water, garbage and gardener. Hope to hear from you.

I have a 3/2.5 in a gated community in North Stockton with large family room w/ fireplace. Large masters with balcony overlooking large backyard that I will be renting out starting in May or June. Currently interviewing property managers to set rent.

FIRST ANSWER
Consider 2/1 with yard, 2 car garage, dog ok, community pool, Lincoln Village West, Water/Garbage paid, recently remodeled...tile, ceiling fans, tile, gas kitchen, greenbelt, 10x24' cement patio, redwood deck, brand new 10x24' aluminum premium patio cover, dual payne window, tile kitchen and bath, close to I-5 off of Benjamin Holt, Cul-de-sac and great landlord...;) @ $1,100. In process of buying other home and will be looking to lease property. Very nice area.
