I'm looking long-distance for a realtor knowledgable about Brewster, MA. I'm looking to buy a small-to-medium sized summer-rentable property and need to work with someone who has an excellent knowledge of the area, rentability of properties, and property mgmt, etc.

If you are still curious. I can answer any Cape realty questions. I am a local Realtor of 16 year & I love Brewster.. my home town.

Brewster is a near perfect Cape town & rents well. Bayside salt-water Beach areas ( North of Rte6-A) rent best. We have 8 linear miles OF BEACHES-. But ,one pays for the salt proximity.
Fresh water lake homes are a good option & rent well. ( i have 20 acres @ pristine Sheep Pond).

Ocean Edge Resort & other Brewster condos have good rental income, amenities, ease of ownerships & onsite management.
We are a quiet historic bedroom community w/ 50% second homes & 1000's of acres unspoiled protected land.
With many nice homes in the 300's & 400's it is an affordable quality investment as well.

Thanks,

Ken, I want to be careful not to spam here, but any REALTOR here can refer you to an agent in that area. We have local offices there as do most major firms.
