Bay Vista area/Englewood--Older 2B/2B homes are now in the130's. Good investment?
I currently live in CT but have an interest in this area. How far is it to the beach? Shopping, etc? What is the outlook in this area? Could homes continue to drop more in the next year? Is this generally a good location that will turn around eventually?

Unfortunately, when you typed in ENGLEWOOD, it jumped to Colorado instead of Florida. The beach is too far from this Englewood! I would submit a new message and watch for the state!
