I am considering buying now 1- 2 properties depending up prices and opportunity we have in Atlanta and near by Suburbs.

Hi Tarak, It is very important to contact a realtor with your email address and criteria of what you are looking for so she can send you a list of homes in that price range. Different areas pose different risks and returns. Some require minimum investments of $40K others $150K a professional agent can, based on your funds and risk tolerance determine the best places to make an investment. Depending on the risks you are willing to assume, any area could be considered, the question is what is best for you. Only a detailed understanding of your situation could answer the question of where. Anyone telling you different is selling you a product rather than counseling your investment decision.

Property on Lake Lanier is the best investment ... It offers seasonal rentals at a great price... Boating... Fishing.... Camping.... Water skiing....sea doos....property on Lanier typically has a higher appreciation rate due to the uniqueness, there are no two properties on Lanier alike... Good questions, Michael.

Just know that many "foreigners" got to Georgia by 2010 and by the end of 2012, many bought a lot of for sale inventory at all price points and in all market segments.

Good luck finding what you want in our seller's market.
