Lot sale Lackawaxen. My grandparents home was control burned in the summer of 1997. It was an Ice Cream Parlor from 1948 to 1975. Occupied until around 1982. It was next to the yellow house that was a Sunoco gas station. The house was on Route 590. It would be the last structure on your left just before the tracks coming from Greeley. I think the stoop may still be there. Foundation too, maybe. Anyway, I have nostalgic relatives who would like to build the same house on the same land. Is it for sale? Please let me know. Thanks!
