i have found a sweet deal,just what i am looking for and afforable, my problem is that i am separted from my husband and wanna keep his name off the place at 1411 n. toro drive, inverness,fl. we have a piece of property in collier county, where live at the time and want to relocate to inverness,fl. we pay taxes on the property assessed at 53,500, i need an investor or some how get a loan for 55,000. can i some how use the property as collareral, i am at the time taking a occupational therpy aide course on line and the medical field has all kinds of jobs, please advise me. thanks, julie
