Are you considering buying 35 Washington St, Warren, Rhode Island?
We have been living in 35 washington st, warren, RI while guys have been working in bristol temporarily - and it's on the market. It is a nice house but the buyers should be aware that it needs re-plumbing & guttering. I think the owners had it refurbished or something before everyone moved in, but the kitchen sink leaks into the basement, the upstairs bathroom hot tap looses pressure, the same bathrooms' shower/tub doesn't drain very well, the master bedroom's bath leaks into the kitchen over the pantry. Other than that it's pretty good. In winter I suggest you purchase thermal curtains for downstairs in the TV room.
Sounds like you are giving an endorsement of sorts, and additional facts for buyers. I don't personally know of anyone who is considering this house but I'm sure your details will come in handy.

I don't know if this is a question. You might want to consider posting on craigslist and backpage. I think you will find more buyers looking there.
