Are we still prevented from buying the home if it is scheduled to go to auction at the end of the month?
Based on the same circumstances, as being a relative of the seller of the short sale home, if the home is scheduled to go to auction at the end of this month, are we still prevented from trying to buy it? If no, then any information anyone has on a home auction would be helpful. Thank you
